Returns + Exchanges

POLICY: You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Wholesale and “on-sale”items may only be exchanged for another item or a store credit. Final Sale items are non - returnable and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. All custom, special order or personalized items are final sale. Gift certificates are non-refundable. INDO Exotics reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements at INDO Exotic's sole discretion.

INSTRUCTIONS: Please call or e-mail INDO Exotic Customer Service at customerservice@indoexotics.com to receive a postage-paid return label and return form. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, and affix the label to your package. Returns without our INDO Exotic return form enclosed will be refused.

REFUNDS: Returns to indoexotic.com are processed within 10-14 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Sale items may only be exchanged for another item or a store credit. GIFT RETURNS: Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate for the purchase amount to the recipient.  Gift certificates are non-refundable.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to customerservice@indoexotics.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. 

ERRORS & INACCURACIES: Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors relating to typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

INDO EXOTICS GUARANTEE: INDO Exotics guarantees that we will repair or replace, at our option, products that exhibit evident manufacturing defects up to one year from the date of sale on the following: hardware, zippers, seaming/stitching, and construction abnormalities. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or mishandling.
